The chef will be at every dinner, function or party. We are a company that prides ourselves in over 30 years of combined experience in gourmet cooking and the service industry, as well as creating lasting business relationships.

We are able to provide you with 3 very different and well respected bakers to fulfill your needs and can handle the setup and delivery of your cake.
 
If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee? If yes, how much is the fee?
There is no cake cutting fee. It is your special day and we are there to make things easy for you.
 
Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If yes, where are you licensed?
We work in conjunction with a licensed bartending service that can sell alcohol by the package or by the drink if need be.
 
Do you allow outside alcohol? If yes, what is the corkage fee?
No corkage fee. There is a bartending fee to cover all your adult beverage needs but if you are not serving alcohol,there is no corkage fee.
 
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware?
We can arrange and take care of all rentals for you. We work with several reputable companies and can provide you with options up front for you too choose. From there we will handle everything so you do not have to.
 
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
We can provide everything you need to make your day special.

Tips and Advice

This is your special day.  Make sure to ask questions no matter how silly you make think they are. 

Work with someone that you feel comfortable with.  If you are unsure then find someone you feel good about.  Your first impression is what you should go with when deciding whom to work with.

Avoid businesses that will nickel and dime you with every little service and detail.  We charge for the food, labor and rentals and that is it.  Every other service such as cake cutting, trash, setup etc.. should be included within those prices.
