currently I offer private tastings at your location since my studio is setup for work only.
What are your tasting hours?
Sundays between 330 and 630 pm and Mondays between 2pm and 6pm. Special arrangements can be made.
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
By the Slice. Buttercream cakes range from $2.25-$5.50 per slice, Fondant cakes go from $3.00-7.50 per slice. Red Velet Cakes go for $2. 75 per slice. Inquire about any other flavors you may have in mind.
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Yes, it does.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
mainly custon cakes.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
I begin 2-5 days before the cake needs to be delivered depending on the type of cake and what kind of work needs to go into it.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
I would like to do at least 3 minimum.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
yes if that is what the bride wants but I prefer not to put non edible items on the cakes!
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Yes. It ranges between $45.00 and $150.00 depending on distance. If there needs to be a setup at the reception location, we charge $30.00 per hour and it normally takes between 1.5- 3 hours to complete the setup and any final touches.
