About Us

At The Baking Institute Bakery We are committed to providing our customers with the best quality, old-fashioned style, hand-made, fresh baked, cakes, cookies and pastries that promote health and well-being. We use all-natural ingredients and never add any artificial additives or preservatives. We don’t use margarine or any other man-made oils and fats, thus all our products are naturally trans-fat free!

Unlike most other bakeries, we don’t rely on added fats and dairy to add moisture and flavor. All of our fruit cakes are made by combining our freshly-made real fruit juice and fruit medleys to the cake batter. This process increases the authentic fruit flavor of our cakes without unnecessary preservatives. All of our cakes are individually handmade and decorated with care by our specially trained bakers.

My cake was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!! The tasting went very well and I was very pleased with the taste of the diff. types of cakes. The final cake at my wedding reception was AMAZING!!!! It was so delicious and so perfect. They followed through on the look that I requested down to every last detail! The chef for this company really puts a lot into making this a very yummy cake unlike a lot of other wedding cakes that end up dry and bland. I recommend the Baking Institute if you want compliments on how good your cake was as well as a very clean, classy look!!!

I did not get to eat much because of how great of a time I was having but WOW I can not wait for our 1 year anniversary to eat the top layer and be reminded amazing the flavor of my wedding cake was, mmmmmmm!
