I started my DJ Career in Melbourne, Australia in 1995. I then moved to the USA in 1997 on an exchange and spent some time working as a mobile DJ at local radio station Z100. Departed the USA in 1998 to spend some time working the Bar/Club scene in Europe finally returning to Portland in 2000 to become the " AUSSIE DJ"

This guy will rock your party. The events that we have worked together have gone off without a hitch in large part because of Gavin's instinctual ability to assess what is going on and do just the right thing in order to get the party going! We always look forward to having Gavin as the MC / DJ at a reception that we are shooting cause we know that we aren't going to have to do any 'directing' of the timing of events. The music collection and equipment he uses is top notch. The 'Aussie DJ' has never disappointed!
Best DJ I have worked with as photographer. As as a DJ, I would hire The Aussie DJ for MY functions personally and professionally, even though he has that Crocodile Dundee accent :O) You know, that DOWN UNDER SOUND. Gavin, the Aussie DJ, is attentive to his cleints and creates that sense of THE client are the STARS of the show. I was amazed at the variety of music, played with class and the FUN FACTOR over the top !
Gavin will never let you down as a DJ! He has it together, even when the elements are against him (Oakland, OR)! Give him a call if you want excellent sound and a beautiful accent!
