Describe your DJ style:
The client always gets the service they ask for and we are very versatile to meet any special request.
 
What is your usual attire?
The client tells us how they will like us to be dressed, from Formal tuxedo to casual and we also have a variety of costumes for any wedding theme like country western, beach attire,... we even did a wedding with a renaiasance theme. It's great fun!!
 
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
No, we have a continuously updated music library and if we don't have the song they want then we get it.
 
How many other DJs do you work with?
We have 2 to 5 DJs on our payroll at any given time and we associate with the best DJs in our area through professional associations and personal contact. If we are booked on your date we can find you a great DJ for your event.
 
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
4 hours
 
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
We highly recommend this.
 
Do you bring your own equipment?
We have 5 different sound systems in a variety of sizes to match any sized venue and we always carry a spare sound system if we ever happened to need it,... and we have never needed it.
 
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
We have a large light show with up to 15 different lights and fog,... at no extra charge!!
 
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We allow 2 hours to setup and complete all sound checks before any guests arrive. We have a self contained sound system so a table and chairs are not needed.
 
Do you have any extra space requirements?
We request a setup area of about 10ftX15ft but for smaller confined areas we can use a smaller sound system and fit in a smaller area.
 
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We will emcee and coordinate the event but we don't do alot of "yabbering" between songs (unless specifically requested)
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We do not require to be feed, although, with few exceptions, we are normally always invited to enjoy the meal and we do it with discretion. We also do not drink alcohol during an event. We are there because we were hired to work.
 
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
we play continuous music
 
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
 
What is your overtime rate?
a reduced rate of $100 per hour after the 4 hour minmum time
 
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
NO!
