Entertaining Tips
-Arrange cold appetizers on serving platters lined with leaf lettuce; garnish with cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, chives, small clusters of grapes, or thin slices of lemon.
-For an appetizer buffet, use pedestal cake platters as serving plates to place food at different levels.  A decorative mirror makes a simple, beautiful serving platter, too.

   Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix - Pesto made easy!  Just add olive oil and water.  Serve warm or cold:  toss with your favorite pasta.  Spread on fresh bread; top with cheese and broil.

   Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Jam - Gorgeous peppery sweet topper for grilled meats, scrambled eggs or bagels.  Loaded with mild red and green bell peppers and sassy jalapenos.  For a pretty appetizer, spoon over cream cheese and serve with crackers!
