My name is Stephanie Robertson and I have been a professonal cake decorator for 5 years.  I studied at the San Francisco Culinary School and have also taken several classes at local bakeries in California and the Austin Texas area.  Not only can I decorate a beautiful wedding cake, I am also excellent at sculpting cakes.

Not only do I decorate cakes, but I am also able to make truffles and petit fours for your special occasion.  I make all my edible flowers by hand with either gumpaste, fondant or royal icing.
