How much time in advance should I allow for ordering cookies? At least one week before your event date.
When should I order my favors? Most favor orders require a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks for U.S. destinations and 4 to 6 weeks for International destinations.
Are your labels waterproof?
All beverage labels are waterproof and scratch resistant.
What brand of bottled water do you recommend for my labels?
Bottled water with a flat surface works best, such as Poland Spring®, which can be purchased from your nearest Sam's Club store.
Can I change the colors on any of the labels?
Text colors can be changed on all labels. Background colors can be changed on some labels. Please feel free to ask if this can be done before placing your order.
Can I get a specific sample of your product mailed to me?
Some samples can be shipped to you for a reasonable price, while other products do not have the option for sample requests. Label samples can be mailed to you at no cost and are usually delivered within 1 to 1 1/2 weeks from the date of your request.
Tips and Advice
Submit uncropped JPG photos at a minimum 200 dpi resolution to photos [at] wrappedocasions [dot] com.
If you're expecting an email proof of your order, please check your email within the first 24 to 48 hours after you have placed your order.
Please have perishable favors delivered to a location where they can be brought immediately inside. Always select the option to add ice packs and a shipping cooler for perishable orders. Choose overnight or 2nd Day Air delivery, depending on the weather.
