At Studio Vieux Carre we strive to capture your wedding in stunning HD quality, displaying all of the details in an entertaining one of a kind production that you will be able to relive and share with future generations.

Our #1 goal on your wedding day is to be able to capture your wedding unobtrusively. We treat every wedding with care and attention to etiquette.

Since we only accept a limited number of weddings every year, you can be sure that only owners Terry Taravella or Joe Taravella will be filming your wedding as we do not believe in hiring out shooters to film your entire day.

Our style is "short form" which means that your final production will be cinematically edited, produced, and have a run time of approximately 20-30 minutes. Raw footage is available on request.

Our wedding films have won national and local wedding video competition awards and we have been named to the national publication Event DV's Top 25 studios in the country 4 times.

We love the city of New Orleans so much that we're based in the French Quarter. We are efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to covering all of the New Orleans traditions.

We love filming weddings and we're always happy to help out our brides on or before the actual wedding day. We've been filming for over 15 years and we love to share any information and answer any questions about weddings even if they're not video related.
