Q: How many guests will your facility accommodate?
A: We have areas available that will intimately accommodate 50 guests or spaciously accommodate 400 guests.

Q: Do we have the option of holding both the ceremony and the reception at Stonebridge Manor?
A: Yes. The facility is designed with areas to accommodate for both the ceremony and the reception.

Q: How far in advance do we need to book Stonebridge Manor?
A: Typically a year or more in advance for the peak-months including October, November, December, March, April and May. Saturday evenings are definitely the most popular, however, if you are flexible on your date, additional options and savings are available for mornings, Monday through Friday evenings and especially during off-peak months.

Q: Are we allowed to bring in our own caterer?
A: Yes, your caterer is welcome to provide their services from either of our warming kitchens. On-site catering is available through both our Full-Service and Limited-Service Options.

Q: What is your policy on alcohol?
A: Alcohol service must be provided by our approved bartending service companies. Beer, wine and champagne is allowed by contract. Mixed drinks may be approved with a contract addendum. No cash bars will be permitted.

Q: Are there any additional gratuities and taxes on the property site fee?
A: Gratuities are not charged, however a 3% sales tax will be charged on the site fee.

Q: Can the bride and groom get dressed at Stonebridge Manor?
A: Yes. There are large dressing rooms available for both the bride and the groom.

Q: Can you refer us to other wedding professionals, i.e. caterers, florists, photographers, etc.?
A: Yes, absolutely. We work extensively with many of the top wedding professionals in the valley and would be happy to share that experience with you.
