How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We charge a $ 3800 room fee and this includes the Ballroom and the Cocktail room. Book By End of May for $1000.00 DISCOUNT

We are looking forward to meeting with you and helping you create the perfect atmosphere for your event. Please feel free to call and ask any questions or call to make an appointment to meet with us. Our experienced event planner will plan your event down to the smallest detail to ensure that your special event is a memorable one. Long before the occasion, our experienced social consultant, Cera, will sepnd time with you, listening to your ideas and helping you create your vison. We are dedicated and detail-oriented to ensure that your event will have our full attention and commitment.

You can bring in your own musician at no extra cost.

For your out of town guests we offer fully furnish units in our Downtown Corporate apartments www.spsuites.com
