Since our beginning, we have provided a level of disc jockey services far and above the common mobile DJ. Spinnin’ Discs is a full-time business operating from our corporate offices in Arlington Heights and Northbrook, Illinois.

We maintain regular office hours and provide our clients with personal consultations during daytime, evening and weekend hours

Our staff of entertainers receive extensive training in disc jockeying, emceeing, dancing, and other entertainment techniques. We follow up each job with a performance evaluation that is available for future client reference.

Spinnin’ Discs is currently a member of the International Special Events Society, the Chicago Convention and Visitors Bureau, the American Disc Jockey Association, and the National Association of Catering Executives.

Spinnin’ Discs has also received the honor of entertaining for the German World Cup soccer team and media while in Chicago, as well as parties for the Democratic National Convention. Current and past clients include B-96 Party Radio, KISS103.5, WLIT, Magic 104.3, as well as many Fortune 500 companies such as SBC Communications, Home Depot, MCI, Fannie Mae, Merrill Lynch, Dean Witter, Motorola, United Parcel Service, Allstate, Pepsi Co., Coca Cola, McDonalds, Abbott Laboratories, Toys ‘R’ Us, Anheuser-Busch, Marriott International, Baxter International, Caremark Rx, Ace Hardware, to name but a few.

Spinnin’ Discs is without question one of the most respected entertainment companies not only in the Chicago area but also on a national basis. Members of the staff at Spinnin’ Discs have received the honor of being featured speakers and entertainers at the 1994 - 2007 International DJ Conference held in Atlantic City. In November of 2007 Keith “ K.C.” KoKoruz spoke internationally on The Dj Cruise as well as in London England.

The Daily Herald Newspaper, Chicago Tribune, Pioneer Press, DJ Times, Mobile Beat, Chicago Jewish News, and the Courier News have run feature articles on Spinnin’ Discs and various members of its staff.

Spinnin’ Discs was also named one of the top ten Disc Jockeys in the country at the 1996 International DJ Convention by Kevin Howard of the Howard Group. In 1997 “K.C.” and members of the staff at Spinnin’ Discs performed at the International DJ Expo and were ranked number two in the country by Kevin Howard of the Howard Group. Spinnin’ Discs also competed in the 1998 and 1999 DJ of the Year competition placing second both times, making Spinnin’ Discs the most winning company in the history of the competition. In 2003 Spinnin’ Discs won the coveted title of DJ of the Year. In 2007 Spinnin’ Discs took honors again for winning best new game.

In an effort to provide our clients with a solution to their live entertainment needs, we purchased Rent A Band Live Entertainment Services in July of 2002 adding live entertainment to our entertainment choices. With the success of our acquisition of Rent A Band, we also purchased Celebration Consultants Inc. in January of 2003. This has allowed us the largest selection of bands, orchestras, cocktail and ceremony musicians in the Chicagoland area. 

Since these acquisitions, we now also have the ability to supply our clients with national acts such a Bill Cosby, Jay Leno, The Temptations, Rick Springfield, as well as many national touring acts. In addition to our live entertainment, we can also supply our clients with celebrities for meet and greets, dance troupes, Cirque du Soleil shows, touring broadway styled acts, Las Vegas styled magic shows, plus so much more.
