To make the most of your visit to Spectacular Bridal Event, we suggest the following tips:

What Should I Wear?
Spectacular Bridal Event is held at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel so you may want to dress accordingly. However, be sure to wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking a lot as you experience the show floor filled with lavish exhibitor booths showcasing the best and latest in wedding planning products and services.

What Should I Bring to the Spectacular Bridal Event?
We suggest that you bring pre-printed address labels. Nearly every vendor will ask you for your name or invite you to enter into their drawings for special prize giveaways. Having the labels will save you from having to hand write your name and contact information over and over again. Bring your date book and check book or ATM card. You may find one or more vendors that you would like to schedule a personalized consultation with following the event. Many exhibitors offer on the spot “Discounts and Show Specials” if you book that day and may require a small deposit.

Who Should Come With me to the Show?
It is always great to have other opinions when you are at an event with so much to see. You should invite your wedding party or at least a few key people, including the groom to assist you in the planning process. They may have some great thoughts and/or questions for potential wedding specialists that may be helpful.

How Much Time will we Spend at the Show?
Consider this, how much time would it take you to visit as many wedding specialists as would be here during this one day event? We suggest you plan to stay at least two to four hours. You will want to visit with as many exhibitors as possible as well as watch a fashion show or two and enter into some of the fabulous drawings. Winners will be announced live after each of the two fashion shows however, you must be present to win and have a Picture ID with you.

Fashion shows will last approximately 45 minutes so plan accordingly. Video and/or photography is not permitted by attendees.


When are the Prize Giveaways Awarded?
Spectacular Bridal Event Sponsors and Participating Exhibitors will be giving away an array of prizes and gifts at the event immediately following the second fashion show. Sponsors and vendors donate these prizes in exchange for their names being mentioned, and you, the bride or groom-to-be, benefits by having the chance to win all sorts of wonderful gifts, products and services for your wedding, home or honeymoon.

To be eligible to win, brides must complete raffle registrations at the event at participating exhibitor booths. Names will be drawn by the vendors after the second fashion show and the winners will be announced at that time. You must be present to win and picture ID is required.

Will there be Food at the Show?
There will be a food concession open throughout the day in the Grand Foyer. This concession is run by Crowne Plaza and food, snacks and drinks are offered for sale at a nominal fee.
