cena + jeremy are a very unique couple they are warm and fuzzy and everything sweet! it's hard to not just love the heck out of them:) we had such a fun time spending the day with them shooting their love story. cena is a hairdresser and jeremy is an aspiring restauranteur. his love for cooking and creating is definitely a perk for cena-he makes some yummy dishes especially the one he made this day that were had the joy of partaking in:) cena is also jeremy's personal hairstylist so he has cena to thank for his sharp look. following these two around gave us a peek into their daily lives and how in love they are. although it can be a little troublesome since we were thrown out of the supermarket which will remain nameless lol we debuted this film at their reception on friday, it was awesome watching everyone laughing and crying-LOVE IT!!! congrats to you both we wish you many many years of love and laughter:)

we were lucky enough to get nicks iPhone footage from the night before the wedding when he surprising michelle with a late night serenade. this couple stole our hearts with their story! they have known each other since they were children on the playground… we don't come across many couples that were childhood sweethearts and it is the sweetest thing in the world. michelle and nick are so cool and relaxed and that definitely set the tone for their wedding until it was party time… michelle told us she was going to surprise nick and sing a song to him, how cool right! well we had no idea what to expect and when michelle belted this song out the goosebumps ran across our whole body! WOW she gave it to him! that was one HOT song girl:) since their wedding nick has officially become Dr. Nick and we want to congratulate you on your accomplishment!

wow! what an amazing experience it was to be a part of tamsi + omar's wedding. everything was so beautiful from the bride and groom to the way they so intricately decorated the venues! the colors, the love, the decor, the DANCING oh yes the DANCING… these choreographed dances were so cool and fun, to be a part of this tradition was so exciting. this was definitely a celebration of love-everyone was having such a great time from young to old. this party took place over 3 days- the first was a party at queensridge,the second was the henna party which when i was asked if i wanted henna my answer was yes yes yes lol, and the third was a beautiful party at siena golf club. by the way we want to note a special thanks to apple for having their iPhone charger which was the reason for these two connecting.. well maybe there was a little more than the charger but it's a great story:)

when we rec'd a call from rachel and she told us her thoughts for an unconventional save the date, we were blown away at her idea and attention to detail! we had to take on the challenge and bring her story to life. rachel and david played their parts perfectly, although nothing like how they really are. after ever scene all of us were cracking up because it was so out of character for them (especially when david was flaring his nostrils at rachel lol) we had a blast doing this shoot and working with such a fun couple! congrats on your engagement:)

the time has come for the first wedding at the smith center and we don't think a more special couple could have had that honor. getting to know liz and nate has been super fun. both of them have had such an amazing journey, after hearing about their lives they have truly inspired us:) when liz first contacted us i swear this girl made me laugh. liz has such an amazing personality, we instantly fell in love with her and wanted to be a part of her story . when we finally met nate we could see how they were just meant to be together. so cute, sorry nate:) liz has found her captain america :) those are her words! jimi and i were sooo excited to be a part of the history of The Smith Center of the Performing Arts and be able to capture such amazing memories for liz and nate. we have to say that during the ceremony liz had us completely choked up with goosebumps all over. nothing can match the feeling of raw emotion from a bride and groom on their wedding day. not to mention the backdrop for this wedding was just gorgeous! The Smith Center will definitely be a hot spot for future weddings here in vegas. by the way it was soooo fun working with such an amazing crew that we have to name drop- Ron Miller Photography with adam frazier and chelsy cardin- you guys were awesome! andrea and laurie from LTeventions- your touches on this place were just beautiful, romantic and down right HOT! dj Harry O from Vegas City DJ's-you had the dance floor rockin' all night long! Amelia C & Co.- you had liz look breathtaking! chris and linh-The Creations, you rock! Culinary Arts Catering dished out some oooh so yummy dishes. last but not least The Smith Center for hosting such a memorable day. we are honored to have experienced the positive energy that surrounds The Smith Center:)

brittany and chris have a special place in our hearts, when we started something new a little under a year ago they were the first couple to ever book us:) so when it was time for their wedding we decided to give back a little something special... we surprised them with a same day edit... we have been getting asked a lot about doing same day edits and thought this was the perfect time to knock it out of the park! they had no idea jimi was stressing out in the back room editing his ass off while sandi and chris were holding it down in the party. it came down to the wire but of course in true something new:) fashion we got'r done!!! needless to say the look on their faces said it all and we knew the 36 hour shift that jimi pulled was worth it:) congrats brittany + chris, can't to eat some thai food with you again:)

when erica contacted us about having her wedding here in las vegas she told me to check out her wedding page to get to know them better. after reading about erica and ray i knew this was going to be a FUN wedding… they captivated us by their versions of how they met each other-so cute. this group was here to have a good time and they did. this was definitely a stylish crowd, erica looked amazing in her wedding gown that she altered and made it even more fabulous. i wish i would have thought about doing that when i got married. their two daughters were absolutely adorable and loved the camera. the guys on the other hand were so cool they looked like they could have stepped out of a magazine-super sharp… when i asked erica if she was going to get in the hot tub before the night was over she said yea probably but we wouldn't have thought half the bridal party, the bride and the groom would end up in there. they are definitely our kind of people :)

about every 4 to 5 months we like to put together a collection of the weddings we have been working on, so here it is some short clips set to some cool music, not much story here but i guess thats why we call it a highlight, dont forget to check out part l further down this list:)

the first 30sec of this video is actually their own home footage from the proposal in church. this wedding took us on a wild ride of emotions and as you can see it all came together in the reception. linh is a huge motorcycle rider and was excited when he got the helmet of his dreams from his beautiful wife, chris. and she was just as excited when she got a beautiful necklace and earrings. one of our favorite parts is when at the last minute linh decided to ride his motorcycle to the alter (soooo cooool). the reception was a crazy party of dancing and singing, the bride and groom changed outfits 3 times and we ended up on the strip @ the vegas sign to wrap up one of the funnest weddings we have ever been a part of:)

well what can we say-being a part of this wedding was something that we will cherish forever… billy and heidi are an amazing and beautiful couple. we don’t think we have ever seen two people more in love than billy and heidi. just the way they looked into each others eyes was breathtaking. heidi is so warm and loving and billy has such a funny sense of humor. you can see that he loves to kid around especially with heidi. they also didn’t have a care in the world, they were here to have a good time and we were so happy to be a part of it. thank you Wish Upon a Wedding for asking us to capture this great couples memories:)

jaime and graham are awesome!!! what a cool couple to work with. everything was gorgeous-from jaimes dress to the tent that the reception was held in-they didn’t spare an expense and it showed. their family was so loving and full of emotion that it was hard to not get choked up, especially when jaime came down the stairs to see her father for the first time. at the reception it started to rain a little but these party people didnt care (our kind of people lol). jaime and graham look like they are the perfect match

what a loving family, there was so much emotion flowing from all directions it was hard not to cry from behind the camera. the mackin’s and scinta’s were so easy to shoot. if you look at the first three shots and listen to the opening sentence you will realize that jon cant get his bow tie figured out. he asks one of his groomsmen to go down to the lobby of the hotel and find an old guy to help him tie his bow tie. frank, the father of the bride gave us soooo many emotional shots we were thinking of putting together a montage of his priceless moments. it must be so hard for a father to let go of his daughter and you can definitely feel that at this wedding. we started with the groom at green valley ranch and went to the brides house to capture her moments before the wedding. we finished the day at the secret gardens. WOW that place was an oasis in the desert we had such a great time at this wedding, its events like this that make us realize why we love to shoot weddings.

for their 10 year reunion marcia and paul wanted to come back to vegas to celebrate. marcia looked great in her custom made madonna dress and diamond studded boy-toy belt. her man was the great Bon Jovi. celebrity a-listers includer mariah carey, robert palmer and his girls, elvis, twisted sister & don johnson. then we made it over to the chapel, where the real elvis was waiting. elvis was great and he held nothing back. the energy was high, the crowd was cool and the chapel was just right. the first 10 years went off with out a hitch, good luck to the next 10. the best part is the story about the first time paul went out with marcia’s dad and got attacked by fire ants:)
