Full Day of Wedding Coordination/Direction.    You plan your wedding and then our task with you  actually begins about four weeks prior to the wedding day itself. At that point, I will meet with you to gather key information and to review all of the details of your wedding day… We then will work with you to create a personalized master timeline for the wedding day, including the ceremony order. The week of the wedding, we will confirm all details of the day with your vendors, and will be present to direct the rehearsal. On the wedding day itself, we will be on site for up to 7 hours; to both oversee and orchestrate the set up of the ceremony and reception, and will stay on site until all of the special activities have concluded, and you are comfortable with us leaving.

High Level Overview  of the dutes performed for you on YOUR day:
Planning your Day of Wedding: Consultation of 3 hours. Unlimited Email communication.
Day of your Wedding: Placement of all personal items (provided by the bride and groom) for both the ceremony and reception (guest book, place cards, menus, favors, toasting goblets, programs, etc…)
Oversee the entire set up of personal items provided by the bride and groom and supervision of vendors to ensure that your wishes and overall vision is successfully accomplished
Communication with ushers to provide correct guest seating/placement
Distribution of boutonnieres, corsages and bouquets
Lining up the wedding party
Cueing the musicians
Act as the liaison between the on-site coordinator and the client
Greeting any guests that may arrive late
Communicate with the master of ceremonies/DJ to ensure that the entire event runs promptly and smoothly. This includes the announcement of your arrival, first dance, toasts/cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and the sending away of the bride and groom
Aid in distribution of all final payments and gratuities to vendors
Be present and available throughout the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly
The designated "go-to" person for vendors and guests, ensuring the bride, groom, family, and friends can simply enjoy the day
Providing the ultimate wedding day emergency kit
Supervise loading of gifts into designated vehicle with your choice of caretaker
Trouble shooting throughout the day to ensure a perfect, flawless day

Package Price starts from $ 550.00 with one consultant and up to 150 guests.   For more than 150 guests, consult us to customize your package.
Additional hour $ 30.00 if required.

I can coordinate weddings in the Suwanee, Dacula, Buford, Sugar Hill, Cumming Areas.  Mostly Christian or non Denominational weddings. 
Further locations, may require an overnight stay or milage costs.
