Full Day of Wedding Coordination/Direction.  
This service is for couples who wish to plan their own weddings. You have completed most of the planning but want to relax and enjoy the most important day of your life.
You plan your wedding and then our task with you  actually begins about four weeks prior to the wedding day itself. At that point, I will meet with you to gather key information and to review all of the details of your wedding day… We then will work with you to create a personalized master timeline for the wedding day, including the ceremony order.

The week of the wedding, we will confirm all details of the day with your vendors, and will be present to direct the rehearsal.
On the wedding day itself, I will be on site 4 hours prior to your ceremony time to  oversee and orchestrate the set up of the ceremony and reception, ensure that you walk down the aisle in time and with no worries!  I will also  orchestrate your Grand Exit.   

Overview of what your Day of Wedding Coordinator will do for you on YOUR wedding day:

Planning your Day of Wedding: Consultation of 3 hours. Unlimited Email communication.
Orchestrate your Rehearsal, assigned seating of bridal party.
Issue customized timeline for the wedding day and to the wedding party.
Day of your Wedding: Placement of all personal items (provided by the bride and groom) for both the ceremony and reception (guest book, place cards, menus, favors, toasting goblets, programs, etc…)
Oversee the entire set up of personal items provided by the bride and groom and supervision of vendors to ensure that your wishes and overall vision is successfully accomplished
Communication with ushers to provide correct guest seating/placement
Distribution of boutonnieres, corsages and bouquets
Lining up the wedding party
Cueing the musicians
Act as the liaison between the on-site coordinator and the client
Greeting any guests that may arrive late
Communicate with the master of ceremonies/DJ to ensure that the entire event runs promptly and smoothly. This includes the announcement of your arrival, first dance, toasts/cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and the sending away of the bride and groom
Aid in distribution of all final payments and gratuities to vendors
Be present and available throughout the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly
The designated "go-to" person for vendors and guests, ensuring the bride, groom, family, and friends can simply enjoy the day
Providing the ultimate wedding day emergency kit
Supervise loading of gifts into designated vehicle with your choice of caretaker
Trouble shooting throughout the day to ensure a perfect, flawless day


Additional Services: 

Out of State Virtual Wedding Planning:  We can be your "virtual planner" and oversee your needs in this state. We can visit venues you have selected, take pictures and gather a profile of that venue, plus an estimated budget for you.  YOU decide what is most convenient for you.   We can assist in locating vendors (photography, DJ, Caterer, Florists, Invitations locally). We will screen them for you and provide you our feedback.  Additional services can be tailored to your needs. 

Partial Day of Wedding Director:   Same as the Full Day of Wedding Directing but with exception of the Reception portion.
These are for brides who just want to have the rehearsal, the day of wedding coordination, pre-ceremony, and up to the ceremony ending. Service "ends" once the bride enters the Reception and then events are taken over by another member or by the venue's banquet manager.  
           
Experience with weddings at Lake Lanier Islands.  I  can coordinate weddings in the Suwanee, Dacula, Buford, Sugar Hill, Cumming Areas.  Mostly Christian or non Denominational weddings.
