It is important that you start planning your event early to avoid stress and feeling overwhelmed. Ask your vendors if you could pay in installements as opposed to a lump sum.  Most of them will allow it but please make sure that you pay the entire balance within a reasonable time ( at least 30 days before your event or as agreed with your vendors), that way what may have seemed out of reach will now be affordable.
