Your engagement is a special time that you should enjoy to the fullest. Don't spend it stressing out about your wedding details. We'll discuss all your ideas at length, then design a plan with a variety of options for you to consider. When you give us the go-ahead, we'll make it all happen, keeping you updated regularly, of course. You can just sit back and sample cake, taste champagne, and smell the roses.

               The following are basic packages that can be customized to your needs:

“Simply” Package

Wedding Day Coordination – This is the perfect package for the couple that has contracted all vendors and need a professional to ensure the beautiful stress free day they have always dreamed of.

* Complimentary initial consultation.
* Up to three meetings during planning process (at least one meeting will need to be held within the 30 days prior to wedding.)
* Unlimited email and phone contact throughout the planning process.
* Confirm/Verify all vendor contracts two weeks prior to wedding.
* Oversee all details of your wedding day.
* Greet vendors and coordinate set up of ceremony / reception.
* Timeline / itinerary to all vendors and bridal party for wedding day.
* Disperse final payments to all vendors on wedding day.
* Rehearsal coordination.
* Advise and maintain wedding etiquette.

“Splendid” Package

Wedding Day Coordination Plus - This is for the couple that has started the planning process and contracted at least three vendors, but now need a little more help than "Simply" the day of their wedding.

The “Splendid” package includes everything in the “Simply” package as well as the following:

* Up to four meetings during planning process (at least one meeting will need to be held within the 30 days prior to wedding.)
* Contact all vendors one month prior to wedding and let them know that all questions can come through me.
* Give final counts and instructions to all vendors.
* Accompany Bride & Groom to three vendor meetings.

“Celebration” Package

Full Wedding Services – For the couple that would like a professional to help with all aspects of the entire planning process.

The “Celebration” Package includes everything in the “Simply” and “Splendid” Packages as well as the following:

* Unlimited meetings with wedding planner
* Detail budget planning including creating and maintaining wedding budget.
* Provide personalized wedding checklist and detailed calendar.
* Coordinate and accompany Bride and Groom to all vendor meetings including venue tours, menu advice, etc.
* Vendor Contract and negotiation assistance.
* Manage arrangements for out of town guests.
* Dinner coordination for Rehearsal guests.
