Simply Iced is a small, home-based bakery owned by Jessica Bruere. Jessica's love for baking started in her early years when she would help her mom bake her famous apple pies. During her college summers she had the opportunity to work for a local grocery store bakery. Slicing and bagging buns did not appeal to Jessica and she would often find herself wandering over to the cake decorating side. Eventually her boss decided to let her play in the icing and that's when it all began!

Jessica made cakes for friends off and on for a few years. Although the thought of starting a business was scary, it seemed like the perfect way to make a little side money and do something she loved. With some encouragement from friends and co-workers, Simply Iced was established in January 2009.

Simply Iced strives to make delicious, creative, custom made cakes and cupcakes to each customer's specifications. We will do our best to accommodate any requests. We use fresh ingredients and each order is baked and decorated on an 'as needed' basis. We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction!

Although the name is Simply Iced, there is nothing "simple" about our cakes!
