We hired Simply Elegant Affairs for our wedding on September 23rd, 2022. For the entire month of my wedding, I had so much help from them. Kirsten helped with mapping out the layout of our entire venue. We also set up multiple FaceTime meetings and she took notes of everything that I said and wanted. As I gathered RSVPs from my guests, she made organized charts that contained their seating arrangements and dinner selection. She communicated with all my vendors prior to the wedding. The month of my wedding was stress free and easy! All I had to was pack up a few decorations and show up! The day of our wedding went so smoothly. We had two coordinators Cassie and Nina. They even added a third person for a couple of hours just for set up. Cassie and Nina were so patient and calm. They set up my entire wedding venue just as I envisioned and welcomed all the vendors and showed them where to go. I relaxed the whole morning with my bridal party and did not have to worry about set up. The morning of the wedding I had forgot to grab baby’s breath for my hair. They even drove to the nearest floral shop and grabbed baby’s breath for me. They were so incredibly helpful. Throughout the night they kept checking on me and would make sure the flow of the night went smoothly. They worked so well with my photographer and DJ and other staff at Rosewood.

I would highly recommend hiring Simply Elegant Affairs for your wedding and booking them as a whole month of coordination. I am a very organized person and thought I could handle doing everything on my own, but you want your wedding to be stress free and enjoyable. I took a leap of faith and put my wedding in the hands of the amazing coordinators at Simply Elegant Affairs and I could not be any happier with my decision.

Our wedding was very DIY for both planning and decorating, and since I couldn't personally set up and "run" our wedding, we hired Kirsten as our day-of coordinator. OMG she is an absolute rockstar! I'm 100% convinced that our wedding went off without any hitches because of Kirsten's skills. She knows what she is doing AND she is amazing at her job. I enjoy planning but Kirsten was able to fill in the blanks perfectly and make sure everything flowed smoothly. I was so impressed that she didn't ask me any questions the whole day. Even with our limited setup time, she was totally on top of our event and took care of the vendors and guests flawlessly! You will not be disappointed booking Kirsten!

Simply Elegant Affairs was by far the best part of my wedding planning process. If you don't know already, planning a wedding should is extremely stressful. I would call my planner all hours of the day or night and ask tons of questions and advice. She was always available to me, offered to take care of anything I asked her to, and always kept me calm by reassuring me that she could handle whatever came her way. She was organized, knowledgeable, well connected with vendors and on the big day she was a gem. Even our DJ commented on how much she helped them! Simply Elegant Affairs made sure my day turned out the way I wanted it to, and made it possible for me to really enjoy my wedding day!
