I often joke that the only reason I started photographing weddings was so that I could have wedding cake very weekend. We have had simply cakes provide the wedding cakes for four of the weddings we shot so far this year and each one was unique and elegant. And lest I leave out the best part, they were all delicious.

Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings? Simply Cakes has tastings by appointment only
What are your tasting hours? Monday, Tuesdays and Sundays by appointment only.
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes? By the serving starting at 3.75 a serving. We also offer grooms cakes, Filled cupcakes, cookies and kitchen cakes!
Does the price include the top-tier of the cake? Yes, it does. You serve the entire cake, and contact us two weeks before your first anniversary to receive a free anniversary cake baked fresh.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles? All our cakes are custom designed
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes? We use fresh milk, fresh butter, real sugar cane sugar, fresh nuts, raisins and high quality chocolates. We never ever use a frozen product or premade buttercreams.
What (if any) dietary restrictions, such as kosher, can you accommodate? We offer pork free, kosher and diabetic cakes. Sorry we do not have gluten free or egg free cakes.
On average, how far in advance of the wedding day do you prepare the cake? Our cakes are prepared the day before the wedding.
On average, how many wedding cakes do you do for a weekend? Depends on the design and size of the weddings. Some weekends, we just do one cake, some weekends we maybe do more. We usually limit it to three cakes a weekend.
Will you work with the bride's florist to garnish the cake? Not only will we work with the florist, but we work with your venue and your caterer to make sure everything is as you wish.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out? We have pillars, fountains, plateaus and cupcakes stands. These are free with a 100 dollar refundable deposit.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee? Delivery and setup is 25.00
