Black and white, sepia toned, selective coloring, vignettes, etc. are among the services we provide when we process your images. If there is a certain style that you enjoy, just let us know.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We have experience with softlight, lowlight (inside many churches), direct sunlight, overcast days, etc.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot all weddings and engagement sessions in RAW format with digital SLR cameras.
How many photographers do you work with?
We are a husband and wife team. Daniel is the primary photographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, we do, unless something dreadful were to happen. We do have replacement photographers, if necessary.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only book one wedding per weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We usually bring four digital SLRs, lenses, flashes, lighting structures, tripods, basic equipment and backups for the cameras, etc.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Certainly! We bring back up digital SLRs, flashes, memory cards, batteries, etc.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
All of our packages include an unlimited time of coverage on your wedding day.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
The meal break is usually our only break.
Do you charge for travel?
We do not charge a travel fee for weddings that are within a 100 mile radius of Lancaster, PA.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We send some pictures to you and possibly post some of the images on our website and blog as soon as a week after the wedding. All of the edited proofs will be available within 4-6 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We offer online viewing of your wedding and engagement proofs though our website. High resolution CDs of the edited proofs are included with each package and the number of proofs depends on which package you choose.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The couple has their edited proofs on CD to keep happily ever after.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We do retain the copyright for the photos, but it can be purchased. The photos on the high resolution CDs are available for you to reprint whenever you would like. We use a professional photo lab to print the images onto high quality professional photo paper. This is the main difference in printing them yourself, or if we were to print them.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, we do. We use the photos we have taken on our website/blog/advertisements in order to showcase our work and attract more brides-to-be.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We do not provide the negatives to the couple. However, just like the copyright, they can be bought.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, the online gallery is found by going to our website, choosing "Client Proofs," and logging in using your username and password.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We use two companies for our albums. There are several different covers and styles to choose from ranging from traditional to contemporary to unique. We can offer more information upon request. Each of our "Investment Packages" include a 10 x 10 album.
When will the client get the final album?
After you have selected the images you would like in your album, it will take 2-3 weeks to receive your wedding album.
