Q. I’m ready to place an order, how does this all work?

A. We make the process simple for you! To place your order, simply click the “add to cart” button, and you can complete your checkout through Paypal’s secure checkout system. Once your order is completed, you may then click on the "Customize My Order" tab, locate your item (Wedding Invitations, Favor Tags, etc) and just fill in the blanks! All of our Verse, Font & Color options can be found on the "Verses, Fonts & Colors" tab. Once we’ve received the completed form, we will create and email your digital proof within 48 hours. All you have to do is approve it, or request any changes you would like to be made from there!


Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card and Bank Draft via Paypal.com. We also accept Money Orders & Cashier’s Checks by mail.


Q. What is your turn around time?

A. Our turn around time varies by the season and the size of your order. Below is our typical turn around time by item, but we do reserve the right to extend this time if needed. We work with your time line the best we can, so if you are unsure, or need rush order, please contact us!

*Invitation orders over the amount of 200 may require 1-2 additional business days.


Q. What is the quality of your papers, and inks?

A. We pride ourselves on high quality at affordable prices! All of our invitations, programs, tags, and cards are printed on 110lb Specialty Card Stocks. Our candy wrappers, and return address labels are printed on bright white, extra thick self stick papers. All of our items are printed in a Fade/Smear Resistant, Professional Laser Ink that has a high slight shine to it.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. All of our items are custom designed and personalized to your style and event. For this reason, we do not accept returns. If there is a printing error on the items that was not on your approved proof, we will promptly replace the items. (Please return the items within 3 business days, or provide 3 separate digital photos of the products by email with your claim form)


Q. How much flexibility do I have with your designs?

A. COMPLETE Flexibility! We will work with you one on one to make sure we are creating the design of your dreams!


Q. I like your invitations, but was looking for a different picture or color...can I make changes?

A. Definitely. We have thousands of graphics to work with, and are happy to make the changes necessary to fit your style.


Q. I don’t see my theme or style listed at all. Does that mean you do not provide it?

A. Absolutely Not. The designs listed on our website are our ready made layouts. We have designed every theme imaginable, so please contact us with your request!


Q. Can I use my own wording, or only the verses that you have on your site?

A. YOU have control over the details, including any wording you would like.


Q. I have my own picture I would like used, can we use it on our items?

A. As long as the picture or file is of high enough quality, and is not copyrighted elsewhere we are happy to use it for you. If someone holds the copyright to it, we will need them to sign a release form for your order.


Q. I do not have all of my details finalized yet, but I know that I want your invitations...how much time can I take after ordering to provide you the information?

A. You can take all the time you need. We do prefer that all details be provided within 15 days, but if you need longer please contact us so that we can plan accordingly for you.


Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. Yes we do. The shipping costs will vary from those listed on our site, however. If you are located outside of the 50 continuous states, please contact us for a shipping quote PRIOR to placing your order.


Q. Can you print in a language other than English?

A. If you provide all of the wording, we can print most languages. However, we are not responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors. We print EXACTLY what you provide us. You will still receive a digital proof for approval and are able to request any changes that need to be made!
