**Additional Information**
Shenandoah Crossing Resort is the exclusive caterer for all business and social events. Due to price fluctuations in the market, menu items and food and beverage pricing is subject to change and will be guaranteed once the tasting has taken place. Shenandoah Crossing charges a 21% service charge for all functions. Any plated meals with two or more entrees, the highest priced entrée will be charged for all entrees.

**Alcohol**
The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Bureau regulates the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. Shenandoah Crossing is responsible for the administration of those regulations. Shenandoah Crossing Resort is the only licensed authority to sell and dispense wines, liquors, and other alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased prior to 1:00a.m. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken off the premises. Alcohol brought onto Shenandoah Crossing property for public events is prohibited. The use of private hospitality suites requires that a Shenandoah Crossing staff bartender is in attendance for private functions serving alcohol. In accordance with the Virginia State Law, Shenandoah Crossing will not serve alcohol to guests under the age of 21. Please note that a driver’s license or a passport with a photo ID may be required of guests who wish to consume alcoholic beverages. The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Bureau does not accept college ID’s.
• There is a Bartender fee of $25.00 per hour.

**Menu**
Shenandoah Crossing Resort Banquet menu emphasize contemporary American cuisine. All ingredients are the freshest possible and subject to seasonal availability. Please note that local health code ordinances do not permit our guests to remove food from our banquet sites. Dietary substitutions are available upon request by the client with advance notice. If you choose to have a Lunch Buffet option after 3PM there will be a minimum per person charge of $20.00 for the dinner portions to be accurate.

**Audio Visual Equipment**
Shenandoah Crossing resort will provide all audiovisual equipment and service. Please contact the Catering Manager for more information.

**Taxes**
• The current state sales tax for all food and beverage is 5%.
• All taxes and service charges are subject to change.
• In order for Shenandoah Crossing to accept tax exempt status, a copy of the tax exempt certificate must be received by the Accounting Department fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date.

**Function Rooms**
Private function rooms are available and assigned based upon the expected number of guests. A room rental charge will apply as follows:

•Great Hall (120 Max Occupancy)-Is a preferred location for weddings. It is a fully carpeted room overlooking Lake Izac. This location is a perfect for a reception following any outdoor wedding ceremony on the Lakeview Terrace which is location right out the back doors of The Great Hall.
•Freedom Hall (180 Max Occupancy)-Is a preferred location for larger weddings. This brand new building has a built in stage and large windows overlooking the brand new pools. This building is located behind The General Store.
•North Observation Room (NOR) (30 Max Occupancy)-This room is a preferred business meeting, rehearsal dinner, or cocktail hour location. Located upstairs in the lodge, it includes a fireplace and deck overlooking Lake Izac.
•Outdoor Events (200 plus Max Occupancy) –We have many outdoor event option spaces here at Shenandoah Crossing. The Catering Manager can schedule a tour to show you each venue and area.
•Manor House (40 Max Occupancy)-Preferred location for rehearsal dinners and private business functions. This is a gracious colonial manor, with early American charm and comfort, overlooking beautiful Lake Izac. The home has five bedrooms and three baths with kitchen, dining room, living room, study, and recreation room.  Reception or Ceremony Rate

**Special Events and Weddings**
• A final head count and event timeline is required 3 days prior to arrival, if head count drops on the day of the event parties will still be liable for full payment of original count, as well as, any additional guest. All charges will be based upon the guaranteed count, or the actual number of guests whichever is greater. The contract does not reflect per usage items. Per usage items will be added to the bill at the end of the function.
• The Outdoor Ceremony Site Fee is $250.00; this includes the venue and 50 white folding chairs.
• For groups less than 20 guests, there will be a buffet surcharge of $75.00 in addition to the buffet menu pricing.
• Tents are permitted at Shenandoah Crossing Resort and can accommodate up to 250 guests. For additional information and pricing, please see the Catering Manager.
• Room Blocks are available for your out of town guests. Please see the Catering Manager about special discounts on rooms and for reserving a room block.
**Shenandoah Crossing is a full service location. We can handle any and all events needs through the resort. Please contact the Catering Manager to find out more information.

ACCOMMODATIONS

- Ben Lomond Manor House
Circa 1742. This is a gracious colonial manor, with early American charm and comfort, overlooking beautiful Lake  Izac.  The home has five bedrooms and three baths with kitchen, dining room, living room, study, and recreation room.
- Grand Resort Cabin
Two bedroom cabins sleep six. These units have two baths, sofa sleeper in the living room, fireplace, two color televisions, DVD player, whirlpool tub in the master bath, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, screened porch with gas grill, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal and microwave oven.
- Deluxe Resort Cabin
Two bedroom cabins sleep six. These units have one bath, sofa sleeper in the living room, fireplace, two color televisions, DVD player, whirlpool bath, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, charcoal grill on the deck, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal and microwave oven.
- Resort Cabin
Two bedroom cabins sleep six. These units have one bath, sofa sleeper in the living room, two color televisions, DVD player, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal and microwave oven.
- 3 Bedroom Cabins
These luxurious cabins offer stylish furnishings 5 beds with plush linens, a pull out sofa, flat-screen TVs, elegant bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens, all with central heat and air. You’ll also enjoy a large wooden deck with a summer kitchen. These cabins sleep 6-8.
- Lodge
Our lodge accommodates travelers with 47 single or double queen bedded rooms. The amenities at the lodge include Lake Izac Tavern “Food and Spirits”, the Great Hall, meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, activity center with game room, and exercise room.
- Yurts
The Glamorous Yurts offer stylish furnishings including four-poster beds with plush linens, flat-screen TVs, elegant bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens, all with central heat and air.  Stay in an open-plan yurt with one bed and pullout couch or a 2-bedroom unit, plus pullout couch. You’ll also enjoy a large wooden deck with a summer kitchen.
-Treehouse
Experience a once in a lifetime, one of a kind accommodation.  3 Bedrooms 2 baths, Outdoor shower, HUGE wrap around porch, fireplace lounge area suspended in mid-air.  This is a very romantic wedding night treat for the adventurous couple or a great rehearsal dinner location.
- RV Area
The RV area has all weather sites with water, electric and sewer hook-up.  “Drive through” sites are available.  Each site has a fire ring, charcoal grill and picnic table. These state-of-the-art RV sites come with furnished patios and summer kitchens. Some add personal hot tubs and stainless steel barbecue grills.
- Wilderness Campground
The Wilderness area has campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. Showers are available in the bathhouse.

AMENITIES
- Lake Izac's Tavern
On-site full service restaurant.  Enjoy a great dinner on the outside patio overlooking Lake Izac.
- Equestrian Center
Our resort stables provide western and ring riding. Walking trail rides are scheduled and reservations are required. Safety restrictions apply for persons under 8 years of age and 51 inches tall. Pony rides are available for children under 8 years of age.  Fees do apply.
- Activities Offices
Activities Offices are located in the Lodge and in the Pavilion. Rent your favorite movie, or check out a board game to take back to your room for the night. Or try out one of our many arts and crafts available every day. Curious about what there is to see in the area? Ask one of our activities staff members and they can give you some great ideas.
- Outdoor and Indoor Pools
The Lodge has an outdoor pool, indoor pool and indoor hot tub. Enjoy a few relaxing minutes in the sauna, one in each of the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Or head over to the Pavilion and enjoy our new outdoor water play area. Enjoy our activity pool, kid’s splash zone, or one of two outdoor hot tubs.
- Recreational Area
This area is a short walk from the lodge and includes an outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, two lighted tennis courts, horseshoe pits and an open ball field. There is a playground facility with swings, sand digger, play hut, and tetherball.
- Lake Izac
Lake Izac is a 60-acre lake for the recreational use of owners and guests. Pontoon boats, Jon boats, canoes, paddle boats, and fishing equipment are available to rent. There is a boat launch ramp for owner use. Only electric motors are permitted on the lake. Fishing licenses are required and restrictions may apply.
- Golf
There is a privately owned 6200 yd., PGA golf course adjacent to the resort property with tree-lined fairways and rolling hills. The golf course includes a fully stocked pro shop, snack bar, driving range, for irons only, and practice putting green. Rental equipment is available.
- Lighted Miniature Putting Course
Take a fantastic “walk in the woods” at our 18-hole layout mini-golf course. It is located across the road from the Recreation Area. Equipment is available at the activity offices.
- Fitness Centers & Arcades
Both the Lodge and the Pavilion each house a fitness center and an arcade. Play a game of pool in Lodge or challenge someone to air hockey in the Pavilion as well as many other arcade favorites.
- Mega Chessboard
Located at the Pavilion, this oversized chessboard has 4 ft. tall chess pieces.

Springfield, Alexandria area. Take Interstate 95 south to Route 3 west (exit 130B (Fredericksburg). Take Route 3 west to Route 20 south. Turn left onto Route 20 approximately 23 miles to Route 15 south. Turn left onto Route 15 south approximately 12 miles to Gordonsville. Take Route 15 south and Route 33 east. From Richmond
