Nate`’s Unique Bridal Service was established by Nate` S. Smith in 1993. We became licensed florists in the District of Columbia, Prince George’s County and Virginia area’s. We are also members of the DC Chamber of Commerce and the Society of American Florist and Flower Shop Network. In 2008 our Name changed to Selmat Design.

We provide a full delivery and set-up service at any location. This will include setting up every little detail the bride request. Selmat Design also has several weddings on boats.

We all ways request and welcome to visit every site. I would like to make sure each bride is very comfortable with their decor` selection. This service is FREE

Our onsite Event Planner will make sure every detail is done from the begaining until the day of their event. We also have our onsite Limo service and Elegant Banquet Suite.

Tips and Advice
Being in the Floral / Bridal business for over 16 years I've learned to make sure that each bride has my one-on-one attention.  It's a very stressful time for them and I would like for them to no that I'm just a phone call away.  Every year I research and find more exciting things to add to my list of services.  It becomes an adventure and a fun challenge.  My advice would be to remember why your getting married, not just the fun an excitement of planning a wedding and being the center of attention for one day.  I'ts two people becoming one and loving one another. 

Tip:  Find a florist that is their for you and not trying to plan a wedding of their dreams.  You should not have anyone that will challenge you with your decisions you both must work together and make sure your flexable with the florist.  We do have our limitations with some things but I will go the mile for you.
