yes, available for overtime. I encourage clients to choose a package that does gives them the optimal shooting time to best fit their needs.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
My break is typically driving from the ceremony site to the reception site.
Do you charge for travel?
If it is more than a 30 minute drive I will charge.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
I will have photographs edited and ready for viewing within two weeks, typically sooner depending upon how busy I am. Getting your photographs to you in a timely manner is a priority of mine.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
They are offered and delivered in two forms, high resolution CD and online.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The high resolution disk is for the couple the to keep, it is included in all of my sessions. The online album will remain accessible indefinitely.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
I retain the actual copyright; however, the couple is free to make prints for personal use from the disk they are given.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, I reserve the right to publish photographs for any commercial purposes. This is included in the contract. If the couple does not wish for their images to be used, this can be written into the contract but I will need to be notified in advance to discuss and make contract alterations.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, the couple receives a high resolution digital disk of their negatives to keep. They are free to use this for personal printing purposes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Absolutely. As soon as the images are edited they will be uploaded into a secure online album that the couple can access at anytime and share with family and friends. They can also purchase fine quality pictures and items from their online album as well.
What kind of albums do you offer?
A variety of printed albums are offered. Please contact me to let me know specifically what you are looking for or to see examples. I'm happy to accommodate whatever it is you are in search of.
