About Us
Experiential styleI believe that the photographer is there to capture the experience and that the overall experience of the couple is more important than getting a shot. It's your day, capture the memory of the event, not of the portrait session.Don't just get pictures, get a StoryWe believe that it is the duty of the photographer to tell the story of the event in images. To capture the emotion and create a wedding album that tells the story of the day. Our love of wedding photography is based upon the pure joy we see and feel for the bride and groom and for what a wedding symbolizes- life, love, commitment, and happiness. Photographing a wedding is more than just simply documenting the day. Providing truly great memories requires insight, intuition, and the ability to connect with people on an emotional level throughout the process. If the experience is positive, in the right hands great photos will follow. I am dedicated to providing every client with an amazing experience. Sensing and capturing the incredible emotions and love taking place on a couples wedding day or family portrait event allows my team to provide them with a tangible reminder of their day which will last for generations. Family photography is just as rewarding. It makes us smile just thinking about capturing a child's personality in a frozen slice of time. Or the love in the gaze of a twenty year marriage captured for all to marvel at. We have assembled some of the best photographers and support staff in all of Chicago to serve your needs. Joe Schramer remains the main contact and principal photographer. Joe’s career began in 2006 as a sports photographer, where his skill for combining technical ability with an elegant eye has enabled him to build a business based upon satisfied clients and referrals. Joe’s fascination with communicating people’s life stories soon lead him to become a sought after wedding photographer. Joe remains the principal contact for day to day operations and organizes the various stages of photography prep, event, and follow-up personally. The overall goal of the experiential style of wedding photography is “to create trust, to become a confidant on their wedding day. To get into their inner circle. To become part of their plans. To avoid being… just another vendor.”
