What items are available for rental?

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?

Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?
We provide Chuppahs, canopies and Arbors. A Japanese bridge Plant stands and large Urns.
 
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?
No...in order to keep our prices low, we work online only. However, if you need to see our larger rental items, we can make arrangements to show the pieces.
 
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?
For some of the larger items and "one of a kinds" at least 3 to 4 months in advance.
 
Can the order be modified close to the event date?
Absolutely!! We are more than a Rental Company...we work very closely with all of our clients and keep in constant touch to update the progress of the event with the bride, groom or the event planner.
 
What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel without any penalty up to 2 weeks prior to the event. All rentals must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.
 
What are your hours of delivery?
We have the "normal" hours of delivery. Usually 8am to 5pm. However, as I said we work closely with the venues, event planners and rentors.
 
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
No, but there is a delivery charge.
 
What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?
We keep a "Temporary" credit card on file for problems of damage, lose or theft of rental items. We usually replace smaller items like silk flowers or make an attempt to clean larger items.

What type of decor (if any) do you offer?
We offer floral centerpieces and arrangements done in silks. I love working with the Tropicals...the colors are vibrant and reflect the color palate being used in many weddings today. Oranges, corals, reds, beautiful cymbidium Orchids and of course the wonderful ferns and greenery. We do many of the more popular Dome shaped centerpieces as well. I have one in a Wedding White with a matching smaller dome. We do sell our centerpieces as well, but it is always less expensive to rent. We rent in the Savannah/ Hilton Head and surrounding areas. We have a beautiful inventory of rental centerpieces. See some of our samples in the photo section of Wedding Wire.
 
Do you provide non-floral additions to floral arrangements?
Absolutely...we have many many vase sets, and pieces we can fill with glass beading, shells, stones etc. that work well with floating candles or LED lighting. Please see some of our non floral arrangements on Wedding Wire photos.
 
Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day setup, for an additional fee?
Yes, we do. We deliver, set up and dismantle. There is a fee for this service of course, but you can rest easily on your important day and leave the arrangements to us.
 
Di you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
I always encourage a meeting to see the Reception room, especially if I am setting up the arrangements. If you are renting arrangements for the wedding ceremony, I like to see that area as well. I also like to meet with the Event Planner at the venue and the bride to do a last minute lookover.
 
Do you offer flower preservation services?
The beauty of silks is that no preservation services are needed, therefore saving you tons of money!!! See our list of reasons to use silks....you will be amazed.
 
Do you offer any other specializations that have not been covered?
I work very closely with our couples. I usually meet with them several times to look at different options. I always tell them that nothing is written in stone and if you change your colors (which happens more than you realize) or decide on something completely different, it is not a problem. I pride myself on being easy to work with and my philosophy is that: This is Your Day and you should have what you want. I try very hard to stay within budget and will tell you what we can and cannot do. I know that you will save lots of money renting as opposed to buying fresh floral arrangement...usually 50-75%. I have no problem giving references and I am happy to say that I think most of our brides would give us a good rating.

Why aren't your prices listed ? 

There are so many factors that go into pricing, what kind of flowers, with floating candles or without, with LED lighting or without, use beading, stones, shells etc.   Give me a call and we can discuss what you want first.  I promise to give you a base price before we start so there are no surprises.  We will work to stay within your budget.

Do you have specials and discounted pricing?

We run specials all the time.  Keep looking at the promotional section on Wedding Wire.  I also do package pricing and special discounts for large weddings.  Price breaks for military couples.
