Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?
We provide Chuppahs, canopies and Arbors. A Japanese bridge
Plant stands and large Urns.
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?
No...in order to keep our prices low, we work online only.
However, if you need to see our larger rental items, we can make arrangements to show the pieces.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?
For some of the larger items and "one of a kinds" at least 3 to 4 months in advance.
Can the order be modified close to the event date?
Absolutely!! We are more than a Rental Company...we work very closely with all of our clients and keep in constant touch to update the progress of the event with the bride, groom or the event planner.
What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel without any penalty up to 2 weeks prior to the event. All rentals must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.
What are your hours of delivery?
We have the "normal" hours of delivery. Usually 8am to 5pm.
However, as I said we work closely with the venues, event planners and rentors.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
No, but there is a delivery charge.
What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?
We keep a "Temporary" credit card on file for problems of damage, lose or theft of rental items. We usually replace smaller items like silk flowers or make an attempt to clean larger items.
