Rose Hill Plantation House offers breathtaking ceremony and reception sites that will be remembered for years to come. The live oaks draped in Spanish moss, a grand house built in 1858, and the landscaped acreage surrounding the pre-Civil War house combine to provide a setting of unusual beauty and charm.  A honeymoon cottage next to the plantation house is available for rental and provides a perfect setting for privacy and easy access to the many entertainment venues in the area.

Rose Hill Plantation House, which is the original plantation home, is located on twelve landscaped acres in the upscale, gated equestrian community, "Rose Hill Plantation." Centrally located, the home is six miles west of the bridge to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, thirty miles from historic Savannah, Georgia, and eighty miles from historic Charleston, South Carolina. Views overlook the polo field, a reflecting pond and the marshes of the Colleton River, abundant with herons and egrets. An expansive lawn with giant live oaks and Spanish moss complete the breathtaking scenery.
