When looking for a photographer for our wedding, my husband and I were very selective. (We believe that photos are crucial, as they are a tangible memory we will have to help us relive our special day for years to come.) After one visit to Rob Lettieri’s studio we knew we had found someone who would help us to preserve our memories. His photos are truly unique. He has the ability to capture moments that I have not seen in other photographers’ portfolios. What I appreciated most about his work was the fact that his photos are mostly natural and not posed. The wedding books (which are the nicest quality I have ever seen) he showed us did an amazing job of retelling each couples wedding story.
As an out-of-town bride ( I currently live in NYC but am originally from Scranton) I needed guidance for selecting vendors and creating an evening that my guests would enjoy. Rob’s years of experience in the wedding business helped us with planning every detail (right down to selecting the lighting that will photograph best). He supplied us with a tailored list of wedding professionals whom he felt would meet our requirements. The dialog that started during our first meeting continued throughout all of our planning. Rob was a great sounding board, and he gave us fantastic suggestions.
Overall, my husband and I knew that we had a photographer whose work went above and beyond what others had to offer. We met with many photographers in New York, and I can honestly say that their work was not as precise or as organic as Rob’s. His price is very fair for the quality of the work and for the professionalism that comes with hiring him for the event. We just received our gallery the other day, and our pictures have received rave reviews from all of our friends and family. They are so special and so “us.” While going through all 986 of them, we really felt as though our day was happening all over again. We could not have been happier.
