Hi there!

I’m Pete Marcellana, owner of Ray of Light Studio, a wedding, portraiture, event, boudoir, lifestyle, nature, and fine arts photojournalist in the greater Sacramento, California.

I started my interest in photography more than ten years ago, and since then, I’m hooked. After acquiring significant amount of cameras and associated equipment, I decided to put them to good use-by offering my passion and knowledge of “light painting” to my clients.

My goal is to create the best possible image of you and to capture your unique visions on their best light.

I’m based out of Sacramento, CA and serve the greater Sacramento area as well as the Bay Area and the surrounding cities and towns. My educational background started in Visual Arts (lower division), and I later changed my major to Business Management where I subsequently completed my Masters in Management.
