As far as Minimums, we will give you a Food & Beverage Minimum and Our Wedding packages are priced per person.

We will offer a discount if you are holding both your rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at our facility.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We offer our banquet chairs at no extra charge. If you decide you would like chair covers or specialty chairs, we can order those for you at an additional charge.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
For the reception, We provide all the tables, chairs, linen, chair covers and sashes, flatware, glassware, dance floor, head table
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
1 server per 20 guests
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, but we do offer our preferred vendor list to all brides that have contracted with us.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
There is no fee to bring in outside musicians.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
It Depends on the size of the wedding. If the bride reserves the Grand Ballroom, there can not be another wedding in that area of the hotel.
