Rachel Devine is an award winning, freelance makeup artist located in Hamilton, Ontario.  Offering on-location makeup applications, Rachel provides her makeup services to the Greater Toronto area right through to Niagara Falls.

Rachel has been performing makeup services for over 8 years now. Her makeup applications have been seen in publications such as The Wedding Ring Magazine, Hamilton Magazine and the Hamilton Spectator as well as on CH Morning Live and in several professional models portfolios.

Not only is Rachel extremely knowledgable when it comes to makeup, but Rachel has also been an Aesthetician and business owner since 2003.  Rachel has taken several courses through her Aesthetics education as well as many others over the past 8 years to learn everything there is to know about proper skin care.  The best makeup applications are performed on healthy skin and Rachel is passionate about teaching her clients how they can have the best skin possible.
