How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Space is rented by room at a flat rate for receptions. This can range from $125 for one room to $500 for the four banquet rooms, to $2000 for the entire facility.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Private rooms may be obtained for the rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or any other occassion.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Dance floor, tables, linens, china, and flatware are all included in the packages. Other rentals are also available.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
Depending on service style, buffet, plated, or cocktail reception, we staff 1:20 - 1:40
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No. We reserve the right to control volume and content.

We have four seperate banquet rooms which can be opened into one large room. The restaurant and pub may be available, and sleeping rooms are also available.

Approx. 10 power outlets and 4 microphone outlets that attach to built in ceiling speakers.
