AIRPORT PICK UP PROCEDURES

Prime Executive Services MUST comply with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, we have established the following pick up procedures:
 
Nationwide Airport: Most large US airports, you will be met at baggage
Procedure                    carousel by Chauffeur with your name sign. However, some airports require specific procedures. Call our staff if you are unfamiliar with any airport pickup procedures.
 
BWI                                      Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area, assigned to your flight, with passenger’s name sign. (International travelers, driver will meet in Customs area)
 
Dulles                                   Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area, assigned to your flight, with passenger’s name sign. (International travelers, driver will meet in Customs area)
 
 
Reagan/National             Once you have collected your bags, you must call our toll-free number and advise us which door you will be exiting. You will meet our driver outside, lower level at the 2nd curb. Passenger’s name will be on a sign in the passenger side window.
International
Travelers                      Our driver will meet you outside the Customs area with a name sign.
 
Union Station            After exiting main entrance, our driver will meet you outside at the middle curbside lane with a passenger’s name sign on passenger window.
