What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
Turnaround will depend on favor specifications. It can take anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks to receive favors. Please contact as soon as you know which favors you are interested in so that we can give you an estimated time.

Additional Questions and Answers
What is required to place a floral order?
A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This will be applied to the cost of the order. You may pay in installments if you wish. Final payments are due 15 days before your event date. You may pay by any of our available payment methods, but we will not accept checks after the due date. If your event is canceled or postponed, all monies paid will be returned minus the $150.00 non-refundable deposit. There will be no refunds on any monies if the order is cancelled 15 days or less before the scheduled event date.

Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed order and deposit via cash, check or credit card. Orders placed within less than two weeks notice require payment in full by cash or credit card at the time of ordering.

Can you hold my date?
Yes, we can hold your date. You will need to sign an order form and put down a $150.00 deposit. When you have decided on a design and structure, you can come in and finalize your order with a consultant. The cake design and all of the details must be finalized and paid in full 15 days prior to your date.
