Can I order samples?
Planning Pad does offer sample orders for most items on our website. The cost for a sample order is the listed unit price for that particular item plus the shipping and handling charges. Simply place the item in your cart and proceed to the checkout to complete your sample order. There are some items however that have a minimum order requirement and must be ordered in that quantity (such as items sold in sets). These sets cannot be broken up for individual sale due to the fact they are already packaged to be sold as a set. You may place your sample order online or by calling our us at 866-825-8220.
What payment options do you except?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank debt cards). We also accept payment via PayPal.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order and when it is shipped?
Whether you place your order online or by phone you will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation contains all of the information regarding your order. Once your order ships from our warehouse you will receive another email containing the tracking number for your order.Please note that your order may ship from different warehouses so you may receive more than one email containing different tracking numbers.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship orders within the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Canadian Customers: Please note that the shipping charges do not include customs taxes. For our Canadian Customers we offer UPS Standard to Canada & UPS Worldwide Express as shipping options. If an order is being shipped to Canada we do offer pre-payment of customs taxes and duties. The pre-payment amount is currently $16.95 and will be charged in a separate transaction. If you would like to utilize this service please let us know by writing it in the comment field on the checkout page. We do not ship to any P.O. Box or AFO/FPO addresses.PLEASE NOTE: Items numbers that begin with “CC or EB” cannot have the pre-pay service added.
What is Planning Pad’s pricing & discount policy?
Our prices are extremely competitive with other retailers in this industry. We do however offer our “Low Price Guarantee” . If you come across another online retailer that is offering the same exact product at a lower price we will honor a 100% price match. Please note that the product must be the exact same item from the same manufacturer, and must be in stock. We will take into account the total cost of the order including shipping Please email us if you have a price match request. How will my order be shipped?
We ship order by UPS, Federal Express, DHL and USPS.Once your order ships you will receive an email containing the tracking number and company that will be delivering your order.
When should I expect to receive my order
Most non-personalized orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days. For personalized items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Please keep in mind this does not include shipping time. You will need to select an appropriate shipping method to assure you receive your order in time for your event. Since we use multiple warehouses to store our products your order will sometimes be split into two separate shipments. This does not slow the shipping process at all. Your order will still be shipped out on time. We use UPS, Federal Express, DHL or the U.S. Post Office to ship orders. Please note that we do offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver for orders that require expedited shipping. The descriptions are as follows:UPS Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Destinations include - All 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and HawaiiUPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day delivery by end of day. Available to the 48 contiguous states. Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of dayPlease Note: We do not ship to any P.O. Do you accept rush orders?
We do accept rush orders. By choosing to rush your order we will ship it out within 2 business days.Please note that this does not include the time it takes for your order to be delivered. This will only expedite the processing time of your order to make sure it ships from our warehouse within 2 days.Please review and select an appropriate shipping method to assure you receive your order in time for your event. Holidays do not count as business days.To place a rush on an order there is an additional charge of $20.00.
Can products be personalized?
Most of our products can be personalized. Please navigate to the personalized gifts, personalized favors or personalized tags sections to view the full selection of items that can be personalized for your event.
What is Planning Pad’s return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything (EXCEPT personalized favors/gifts, personalized tags, special order items, customized items or edible items) for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Once we assign an RA number we will email the return instructions to you. We will not accept any returns without an RA number. Once a return is received and contents verified we will issue a refund to the customer less any shipping charges within 5-7 business days.Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 15 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of the original order date as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
Does Planning Pad work with Event Planners & Coordinators?
We do work with event planners and coordinators. Our Planning Program was created so we could work in a partnership with other planners and coordinators. Our Planning staff will assist the event planner in the selection and ordering of favors and gifts for their event.
