Here is brief overview of our Classic Day Of Coordination Final Venue Walk Through Full Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception Coordination Contacting all your vendors upon hiring our services Creation of a Detailed Wedding Timeline & Vendor Contact Sheet with detailed information Confirming vendor commitments Choreograph the bridal party's positions and roles during the wedding rehearsal. Ensure that your personal items are displayed and distributed when necessary such as: guestbook, photos, champagne flutes, cake-cutter/knife, programs, favors, Access to Consultant for related questions Meet all vendors at venue on the day of wedding Help manage the coordination of rings, marriage license issues, any last payment for vendors Coordinate setup of ceremony and reception areas Greet and direct guests to ceremony Assist with the transition from ceremony to reception Instruct ushers on their duties Cake cutting and Departure Gift designation Bridal emergency and first-aid kit on hand Linen and Table Set up/Vendor Greet This package is great if you need a little extra hand at your wedding, but not quite Coordination of your actual Wedding. We will arrive at your venue several hours before your reception and set-up your tables with linens, flatware, guest favors, etc (you supply inventory). We will meet and direct all your contracted vendors and submit any last due payments if needed. 2 weeks prior to your wedding you will submit a complete listing of your contracted vendors and we will contact them to let them know we will be the point of contact. Wedding Consultation 2 hour in person meeting, Venue Selection, Vendor Recommendations, Budget Planning, Planning Advice, Invitation/Favor selection, Timelines, whatever questions you may have. If, after consultation, you decide on a package, prices will be adjusted accordingly. Month Of Planning Which includes up to 12 hours of Day of Coordination and everything listed in that package, but much more comprehensive in planning. We start working with you 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding, which includes: Vendor Management Logistics and Planning for day of wedding events Review all current plans in place and make recommendations Act as primary liaison with all contracted vendors Attend any remaining Wedding Gown visits, picking up of your dress Step in at your current plans and pull everything together Partial Planning Package This package includes everything from the Day Of Coordination packageand Month Of Package plus the below: Floral and Event Design Recommendations Confirming vendor commitments and double-checking the details Unlimited Vendor Recommendations in all vendor categories Complete communication with all vendors from beginning to end Guidance with Entertainment and Music Recommendations Guidance with Theme, Décor, Floral, and Favor Selection Recommendations Assistance with Menu & Dessert Selection Full Service Wedding Planning Your wedding will take about 200-250 hours of planning time. That adds up to about 30 weekends of your time. That’s almost eight months of planning time. For the couple that would like someone to assist them throughout the planning process from start to finish. We can assist in all aspects, from assembling a team of vendors to designing the overall aesthetic. We will provide advice and manage every detail of the event.
