You will not find another venue like Pine River Ranch. Our location surrounded by mountains, meadows and trees means you never have to worry about houses, parking lots or distractions in the background of any of your pictures. Our restored 1944 Dairy Barn offers a completely unique location for your ceremony and reception as well as great photo opportunities. We offer outdoor and indoor accommodations on the same piece of property so in the cool months, and/or if mother nature decides to rain on your chosen day, we can all move inside the barn for the ceremony with little interruption to your big day.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We have 2 package options that come standard at the Ranch, a single day package and a 2 day package. With each of these packages you have exclusive use of the 22 acres here at Pine River Ranch.
Do you offer any special services?
We work to cater each wedding completely to the needs of the bride and groom. If you have special requests just let us know and we will try our hardest to accommodate your needs on your special day.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Add an extra night to your event and hold your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner right here. Plus, you have an extra day to set up the venue to your liking so you don't have to feel rushed the day of your wedding.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Included in the price of your wedding; Tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glasses, plates, coffee pots, set-up-teardown and cleanup, beautiful photo opportunities,many items you do not get 'included' at most other venues.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
No need to rent, as most items are included. If it is here it is included.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
This is your wedding, you choose any vendors you want to. We do have a list of recommended vendors that we are happy to share with you that we know will offer you excellent service.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
You can bring in any musician or form of music you choose, we have had everything from live bands, iPods, computer, DJ's.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have six suites that must be rented for each night of your event. Our luxury suites are complete with Jacuzzi Spas, river rock fireplaces, hand made log beds and a beautiful rustic feel. The Suites are usually rented by family, or bridal party members. With the suites also comes a delicious family style breakfast served in the main house the morning after your ceremony. The cost of the suites is NOT included in the price of the wedding package.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
We do not supply or sell alcohol, any alcohol must be provided by the wedding party.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
There are no restrictions on decorations as long as they do not alter the venue in any way. All decorations must be temporary. Nothing can be 'attached' to the building, other than that, go to town!
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
You can use any photographer you choose, and any part of the 22 acres you choose to. We do recommend www.jefflaplante.com as he is the best photographer we work with

What restrictions (if any) on music?
There is a decible limit on volume of music of 80 decibles measured as far from the speakers as we can get inside the main part of the barn. Any outside music must be held to VERY low volume. These are county requirements and we do have to enforce them.
What restrictions (if any) on attire?
No restrictions on attire, cowboys boots and hats are a common choice.
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels?
There are noise restrictions both inside and outside. 80 decibles inside, 'low' volume outside.
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?
No permits are required except the "banquet Permit" required for the service of alcohol. These permits are available at any Washington State Liquor store, and are very reasonable.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
We only accomodate one wedding at a time. That is the only way to stay focused on you and your wedding and nothing else. As a matter of fact, other than us and our staff there will be no-one else on our property besides you and your guests.
Describe your bathroom facilities:
We have ADA approved bathroom facilities. We also have seperate bride and groom suites plenty large enough for the bridal party where you can change and relax (these have 2 sinks)

Yes, We have 2 very large suites for the bridal party equipped with wall length mirrors, comfy couches, hangers and sinks where you can get ready, relax or hide out!
