We find so much passion during our portrait settings. When you are given ample time with a family, couple, senior or bride who is looking their best that they have ever looked, wearing the best clothes they have ever worn, their is an inspiration as an artist to create something different and unique for them. Our ideal client is one who is open to our creative side and loves every idea we offer, and is open to anything at the drop of a dime. And that expects something more from us than we have ever given to anyone else. These are the clients that drive us to be artists!

We love to travel with any spare time that we have. Chasity is quite familiar with the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. We are also approaching our summer season here and this means Senior Photos and Summer Weddings. Although budgets may be tight, the quality of your photos does not have to break your budget. We are still offering location shoots for a reasonable fee along with our Blockbuster package deals.

WE ARE ARTISTS

We offer hundereds of products from two of our labs. Our favorite is The Wedding Book© from Graphi Studios. A handbound Italian wedding leather album shipped directly from Italy. Beautiful craftsmanship andquality. We also offer 2.5" Gallery wraps from Millers along with their custom and reknowned bundle wallet pricing deals. These products give out studio a unique feeling and the products do speak and sell themselves alone.

Where to begin with Photos By Huff... hmmm.... let's see. For those of you who are on a tight budget I highly recommend using their services. Not only do they have an incredible turnaround time for their proofing, but they also spend quality time building your package to fit your budget. You can take a standard package and add to it or minus items you do not need. They work for you and their photos prove this. i have never seen a better team work together and I highly recommend them to any newly engaged couples or couples that are renewing their vows. Classy yet slightly edgy, Chasity brings the forefront of digital photography full force. With a raw cutting egde style, she is sure to capture each and every spectacular moment that you desire. From the fairy tale weddings to the Black and Red Gothic themes, Chasity can capture each memory and make it unique. That is what seperates her from other photographers, she is versatile. Photos By Huff's Company Policy

1. We reserve the right to accept or deny any appointments from previous clients due to outstanding balances owed.
2. We reserve the right to deny any gift cards issued by Photos By Huff to a client who has an outstanding balance owed.
3. We reserve the right to demand payment for your shoot when you sign your contract.
4. We reserve the right to demand payment for your development fee at the time of proofing (50%) of the total of your order.
5. We reserve the right to demand payment for Photographer's time and talent when your photos arrive. Remaining balance due.
6. We reserve the right to withhold your photos when they arrive until balance is paid in full.
7. We reserve the right to withhold a Copyright release from any client who has not paid their balance in full.
8. We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 bounced check fee for any bad checks place with us.
9. We reserve the right to add an additional $1.00 late fee per day for every day your balance is not paid in full.
10. We reserve the right to add an additional 2.5% per month for collection fees for any unpaid balance not paid in 30 days.
11. We reserve the right to turn any account not paid within a timely manner over to a collection agency.
12. We reserve the right to take clients to civil court for any balances not paid.
13. We reserve the right to demand $1,000.00 for each photo of a Copyright Infringement. If client has an outstanding balance and has purchased a copyright; Photos By Huff will not be held liable for clients negligence to pay balance. Photos By Huff will at that time seek full Federal Prosecution for any Copyright Infringements.
WHAT WILL WE DO FOR YOU

1. We guarentee your proofs will be ready within 48 hours. **This does not include photo album proofs. These take longer to build through layers. We will send you a proof as soon as we complete the layering.**
2. We guarentee your photos will arrive in a timely manner.
3. We guarentee you will love your photos or we will fix them free of charge. All notices must be given to Photos By Huff within 24 hours of receiving photos otherwise this guarentee is null and void.
4. We will work with you to create a fun and friendly atmosphere for your photos.
5. We will respect your comments and concerns and work with you to create a desired package and look.
6. We will not discriminate against anyone
7. We will honor most forms of payment; Cashiers Check, Money Order, Check (with Valid ID), Cash
8. We will double check your order to make sure it is accurate and free from any errors.
9. We will reschedule (if necessary) at the first available time slot photographer has available.
10. We will NOT release any photos to anyone other than the client.
11. We will NOT give anyone other than the client a User ID and Access Code for proofing site.
12. We will work with you on payment terms if necessary. However, we will not release any photos until balance is paid in full.
13. We will give you multiple poses to choose from and you have the option to upgrade your package.
14. We will proof your photos with you and at the time any additional services needed will be added.

I am amazed at how many people go looking for the right photographer and have no clue what you are looking for.  Looking for a photographer should be like looking for a DIAMOND.  (Cut, Color, Clarity, etc.)  To find the right Photographer you need to remember the 3 "P's". (1) Professionalism ~ Did they offer you everything you wanted, did they offer you a contract.  Did they explain the contract and it's terms and did they explain about the copy right for their state?  (2) Products ~ were the products available and on hand for you to view.  Were the products what you were looking for?  Was Photographer able to order additional samples if necessary? (3) If the price of the products a good deal? Have you compared pricing for photographers against each other?  Have you asked about hidden fees (i.e. traveling expenses, shipping and handling, models, props, etc.) 

So many people get wrapped into signing a contract without examining their options.  We have a basic contract with everything explained and laid out.  We will provide an estimate with detailed explanation of all charges and will never alter or charge another dime to your account with your written consent on a new estimate sheet.  We will never order products that you did not authorize nor will we sell your photos to any company for profit.  We respect your privacy and value you as a client.

Photos By Huff Photography Contract
A. ABOUT YOUR BOOKING
I. Each experience is subject to a non-refundable booking deposit. This deposit will be taken at the time you sign your contract. Your deposit will depend on how long you choose to have your Photographer shoot your photos. Shoots are conducted in increments of 30 minutes. Your deposit amount is: $_____________________. Your ID number is:_____________________
II. The Non-refundable deposit guarantees your booking time with the photographer from Photos By Huff. The liability of Cancellation and loss is greater than the amount of the deposit.
III. All appointments are subject to availability and will be on a first come first serve basis. If multiple groups are being shot at one event, then a time frame will be given to the group designating a certain time frame for each person.
IV. All of our experiences are for everyone. We cater to your needs and will work with you to give you the best shoot possible.
V. If you arrive 20 Minutes or more late for your shoot, you will not receive your scheduled shoot time. You will be asked to sign another contract for a different date and pay another booking deposit.
VI. Forms of payment for booking deposit are: Cash, Checks, and Money Orders.


B. NO SHOW CHARGES
I. If for any reason you fail to attend your appointment, you incur an additional $25.00 No-Show Fee. This fee is in additional to your non-refundable booking deposit.
II. No-Show charges are applicable if you do not attend your scheduled shoot at your allocated time slot. Or, if you fail to reschedule your appointment 30 days in advance of your shoot.


C. AMENDING APPOINTMENTS
I. LATE AVAILABILITY ~ if you book your appointment within 7 days of your scheduled shoots; your appointment is non-cancellable and non-changeable. An additional fee of 10% will be added to your total bill as an Amending Charge.


D. APPOINTMENTS
I. If for any reason you need to CANCEL or CHANGE your appointment, you must immediately call Chasity @ 863-812-8843. Or you may call TJ @ 863-808-3610. If you do not leave a message we cannot call you back.
II. All appointments are non-cancellable and non-changeable 30 day from the date of your shoot which is scheduled on ______/______/_______.
III. Appointment changes are subject to an additional $5.00 Amending Fee.




E. GIFT CERTIFICATES
I. A Gift Certificate purchased (by you or by a friend) prior to your appointment entitles you to your order being discounted for the amount of the Gift Card. Client agrees that anything over the total amount discounted and due to Photos By Huff client will pay for.
II. Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of any photographic package or any individual items from the Photos By Huff studio collection.
III. Gift Cards cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts. One Gift Card per person per visit.
IV. Photos By Huff reserves the right to amend/cancel/deny any Gift Cards. For previous clients with outstanding balances still owed to Photos By Huff your Gift Card will become immediately null and void until your balance is paid in full. During the time frame when should client decide at the last minute to pay Photos By Huff; client is responsible for noticing expiration date on Gift Cards. Photos By Huff will not authorize another Gift Card for negligence on part of client.
V. UNDER NO CIRCUMTANCES will any Gift Cards be reissued.


F. LEGAL INFORMATION
I. Your client information data will be safely stored in our data base. We will periodically contact you to advertise specials or new products. We WILL NOT share your information with any group, affiliated companies, agents, sub-contractors for research and analysis or others. You may be contacted by Photos By Huff by postal mail, telephone, SMS text or email.
II. Photos By Huff reserves the right to amend, cancel or vary these terms at anytime without notification.
III. All prices listed are in AMERICAN DOLLARS. No other currency will be accepted.
IV. All Appointments must be pre-registered. Registration forms are enclosed in the client estimate pack. They must be completed and returned to Photos By Huff with booking deposit prior to your shoot. NO ACCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
V. If a client books Photos By Huff, and Photos By Huff shows up for scheduled shoot and client sends Photos By Huff away or needs to reschedule client has one option. Client will be allowed a reshoot at a later date and time. Client may not refuse any services and will not be allowed to take any type of civil action against Photos By Huff as they had already had the opportunity to reschedule.
VI. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed with the laws of the State of Florida and any disputes will be decided upon by the Polk County Courts.
VII. If any of the Terms and Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the remaining terms and condition of this contract which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
VIII. If you, the client, breaches these terms and conditions and Photos By Huff ignore this; Photos By Huff will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the terms and conditions.
IX. Photos By Huff shall not be liable for any breach of these terms beyond its reasonable control.
X. Beyond a signature, a valid verbal agreement between Photos By Huff and client will also be taken into consideration.
XI. A person who is not party to the Terms and Conditions (anyone else who did not sign the contract) shall have no right under the Contract Act of 1999 (Right of Third Party) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions. But this shall not affect any right of a third party which exists or is available apart from that act.
XII. If Client Is taken to Civil Court and Court finds in favor of Photos By Huff; Client is responsible for any attorney’s fees; filing fees; subpoenas; witness fees; and loss of days work plus damage awarded from the court. It will be up to Photos By Huff (pending the amount awarded) to place a lien on any said or real property owned by the client in order to collect the debt.


G. PHOTO PACKAGES
i. Clients will be given a pricing sheet with all packages and ala carte prices. For any additional services needed it is client’s responsibility to ask for a price quote.
ii. Client agrees to pay a booking deposit fee of $_______________ for ___________ minutes of service with photographer. Client understands that an additional ½ hour (30 minutes) will be charged at $35.00.
iii. After photo shoot; photographer will place photos on a secured site for proofing. Client will then be allowed to choose their favorite photos. At this time a lab development fee of $_____________ will be due.
iv. Your photos will be delivered to you in a timely manner. Upon receipt of your photos; Photos By Huff will notify you that they have arrived. At this time our final fee of $ ________________ for our services rendered, time and talent will be collected.
v. NO PHOTOS WILL LEAVE OUR STORE UNLESS BALANCES ARE PAID IN FULL NO EXCEPTIONS
vi. Clients have 24 Hours from receipt of photos to notify Photos By Huff of any problems with photos. If client fails to notify Photos By Huff within 24 hour period this clause becomes null and void. Clients 24 period is up on ______/______/_______ @ ______: ______ [ ] am [ ]pm.
vii. Client hereby agrees to provide Photos By Huff with the following to aide photo shoot: ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
viii. Copyright releases will not be given out until photos have arrived. Copyright releases will not be given out to clients who have outstanding balances.
ix. Copyright infringements will be dealt with swiftly at the penalty of $1,000.00 per copyrighted photo.

I understand that I am also under obligation to fill out any necessary paperwork prior to my shoot and return everything completed along with booking deposit prior to my shoot. I hereby agree that all of the above information is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and do hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions. We wish to enter mutually into this legal binding contract with Photos By Huff.
