Michele Josey, the owner of Phenomenal Events has always been excited about the event planning industry. She started Phenomenal Events in 1995, as a way to pay the bills and it grew into a passion she could not ignore.

It was during college, and her 17 years in the corporate world, that Michele did event planning part-time. As Michele performed more and more events her vision and decorating ideas became astounding. She treats every event like her own.

All this time, Michele had been working her way up the corporate ladder at her full-time job. But, though she was successful, she was left feeling empty.

After planning weddings and events for family, friends, co-workers, social clubs and celebrities, it was then that she realized that event planning was her true passion

Word of Phenomenal Events and Michele spread like wild fire throughout the Baltimore/Washington area. Michele’s phenomenal approach to event planning has gotten her noticed time and again.

Michele believes in creative planning, a meticulous attention to detail and the relentless pursuit of perfection. She considers these to be the essentials of putting together a fabulous event. Michele works on the basic principle that everyone deserves to be pampered and treated like royalty!
