No appointments necessary, unless you want to take a closer look. We start out with a description of what you want and we will design some samples and send you some pictures.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
We have a money back guarantee on any unused items within the first 30 days.
Additional Questions and Answers
What is the turn around time from when I order? It can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on what you order and what we have in stock. We do our best to get every order designed and sent out as fast as possible. How are the buckles and bows attached to the flip flops? Unlike most custom flip flop designers we connect the buckles directly to the flip flops with a strong band and never use a glue gun or a simple piece of ribbon. Your flip flops will stay together or we will fix them!!! What kind of flip flops do you use? We use 100% rubber flip flops from Brazil. These are super comfortable and much more durrable than the cheap foam ones that you see everyone else using. Our first compliment after someone gets their order is always....."They are so cute and I can't believe how comfortable they are!" |
