How many photographers do you work with?
I often bring an assistant and offer the services of a second photographer for large or complicated events.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, I am the photographer for your entire event.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I book only 15 weddings per year, and never more than one per day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I maintain an extensive network of photographers of similar skill and style.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Professional Canon camera bodies, a range of lenses, and light modifiers.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, I bring a complete set of backup equipment.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer coverage of six hours and eight hours. Additional hours may be added as needed.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Extra hours are available for $250 per hour.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel for destination weddings is billed at the market rate.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Turnaround time is approximately one month.

How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofing magazine is yours to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, I retain copyright for the photos. Printing permission is available.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, I reserve the right to use photos for promotions.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
High resolution DVDs of retouched images are available for purchase.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, images are posted in a password-protected gallery.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer wedding books made by the best bookbinders in the industry.
When will the client get the final album?
Books are generally ready three months after I receive your image choices.
