A Perfect Day! will make your wedding dreams a reality.  At your first complimentary meeting, we will discuss your wedding needs and dreams.  From the moment you hire us, we will be ready to go to work for you.  We can help you through every step of the process, help out a little bit here and there, or just work for you during your wedding week.   We don’t have standard packages, and we don’t charge by percentage.  Your needs determine your investment.

Sonya Scott is an Accredited Bridal Consultant.  She is also the Tennessee State Coordinator for ABC.  You will be able to entrust your day to a trained and experienced consultant who won’t be learning the ropes on one of the most important days of your life.

After working with Sonya Scott on a couple of weddings, I wish that every bride would choose to hire a professional bridal consultant. Sonya is very organized and well prepared to help the wedding day go smoothly. She coordinates with your vendors prior to the day and keeps us informed of the scheduled events. Right down to the day of the wedding, she is even prepared with an emergency bag for the wedding party that is filled with the things they might need, but left at home. When your wedding day is well coordinated, it makes for an enjoyable and relaxed event that no one will forget! (And that makes for better photos, too!)

Sonya Scott is a consummate professional!

How many planners do you work with? Sonya does the majority of the planning, occasionally enlisting the help of an assistant. Most weddings have one or two assistant coordinators onsite, depending on guest count and logistics.

What style of wedding do you specialize in planning? We can work with any wedding style.

What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? 50-400 Guests

Which venues have you worked at that you are familiar with? We have worked at churches, museums, hotels, private clubs, historical mansions, private homes, botanical gardens, beaches and more.

Unless you have an unlimited wedding budget, you will have to set priorities.  Do that before making your first purchase or signing your first contract.  Decide what you can and cannot live without. 

Leave the wedding duties to a professional.  This isn’t the time to depend on family, friends and novices in the wedding profession.
