Currently Percy Sales Events is based in Ojai, California, near Santa Barbara, but able to design events worldwide. We pride ourselves in designing events that not only complement our client’s personalities and style, but also meet their needs for throwing one of the biggest parties in their lives. How many planners do you work with?
I have many vendors that I work with. As far as my staff, depending on the number of guests, at a minimum you will have myself and a assistant on your wedding day. Planning wise, I will work directly with you and coordinate and manage your entire event.
 
What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?
I do not have a specific style...as the style of my weddings are derived from my clients needs, wants and personality. We are not a cookie cutter event company, so our weddings are never the same. We can design weddings from relaxed to high drama, but all in all what we provide is a stress-free and worry-free experience from beginning to end.
 
Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
Again we celebrate the diversity of our clients, so we do not cater or support specific religions, we are open to all religions and customs.
 
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
I have coordinated weddings for 2 - 600 people. I have also orchestrated events for 3000 people.
 
Which venues have you worked at or are familiar with?
I have worked at many different venues internationally, so I am familiar with many different style of venues. We will work with any venue of your choice from outdoor locations, private estates, hotels, banquet halls, and to unique make shift locations of your choice. We are flexible and able to design and plan weddings and events in any venue you would like.

What professional organizations are you a member of?
I am a member Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and International Special Events Society (ISES).  I have been affiliated with both for over 10 years.

How many weddings do you plan a year?
I tend to plan no more than 20 weddings a year.  I love what I do and I want to make sure that my clients get my attention throughout the planning process and I have come to realize that this size is perfect for all involved.

Do you plan weddings internationally?
Yes I can plan your wedding anywhere in the world.  I have done several destination weddings.  Additionally as a former Corporate Events Planner, I have had the opportunity to travel worldwide working with different countries and cultures to produce events.

What is your planning demeanor?
I am a pretty calm person, most people who see me planning or executing events are dumfounded by how calm I stay.  My theory is why sweat it.  If you know what you are doing and are working with a great group of vendors you trust than everything falls into place.  Sure, nothing is 100% perfect, but as a professional, it’s my job to fix it so that no one else notices, including you.
