The Pavilion on the Lake provides an unforgettable experience for your wedding ceremony and reception.  The romantic lakeside gazebo sets a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony.  Guests can then enter the Pavilion on the Lake for a spectactular reception in the Great Room, featuring a lake view, high ceilings and hardwood floors.  The Pavilion on the Lake can accomodate weddings with 50 to 300 guests. 

The Pavilion on the Lake boasts an on-site caterer to handle all of your food and beverage needs.  Pacific Harvest Catering will work with you to create a custimized menu specifically for your event!  Using fresh local ingredients, Pacific Harvest Catering uses creativity and skill to provide a memorabile dining experience at your wedding.  For sample menus, please contact the Pavilion Coordinator.

How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
The Pavilion offers a Saturday rental package at a flat rate. Friday and Sunday bookings are by the hour. The rental includes 2 staff throughout your event, set up and breakdown of all tables and chairs, and a professional cleaning service after your event.
 
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Additional rental equipment is available at the Pavilion. Because the Great Room features hardwood floors, it provides a great dance floor. Flatware and glassware are provided by Pacific Harvest Catering. Pavilion staff will assist you with finding the perfect linens for your wedding.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
The bride and groom must provide their own alcohol. There are no corkage fees to bring in your own wine or champagne.
 
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
The Pavilion on the Lake offers a neutral decor with a gorgeous lakeside view. The neutral decor provides brides and grooms with the opportunity to decorate for the wedding of their dreams. The vaulted ceilings are equipped with hooks for fabric draping or haning lanterns. Renters are not allowed to use tape, and can utilize the existing hooks placed strategically in the room.
