What (if any) dietary restrictions, such as kosher, can you accommodate? We can accommodate just about any dietary need. Please ask your event planner for details.
Do you offer sample tastings of your food for potential clients? Yes! We host a very popular bridal tasting event each winter.
Are you also able to provide the wedding cake? Yes! Or, you may provide your own wedding cake and we will never charge you a "cake cutting fee"
If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee? If yes, how much is the fee? No, never! I will never charge you extra to provide services that should be included for free.
Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If Yes, where are you licensed? Yes. We are fully licensed and insured to sell and serve alcoholic beverages.
What is your corkage fee (if any) when a bride decides to bring her own alcohol? That is not permitted under CT law.
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware? Yes! Everything you need is provided. We have beautiful linen, in colors to match your theme. We also have elegant china, silverware and glassware. These items are always included in our wedding packages.
Are you able to provide your own wait staff? Yes! Our wonderful staff in included with every full service wedding we cater. We get almost as many complements about our staff as we do about our food!

How many people does the space *comfortably* accommodate? Our facilities accommodate up to 300 guests for dinner and dancing
How does your venue determine the cost of the space? Our wedding packages are priced per guest. Some of our facilities also require a facility usage fee.
Do you offer any special services? Pavilion Catering is able to provide anything you might require. Beautiful and unique facilities, delicious food and terrific service, entertainment, local overnight accommodations, shuttle services, beautiful , etc.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners? No, but we can recommend wonderful local restaurants for rehearsal dinners
Do you offer an on-site wedding consultant? Yes
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? We can offer any items you may require.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? These items are included in your wedding package with Pavilion Catering.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio? Usually 1-10 or lower, depending on the menu. But it is the quality of our staff, not just the number of them that makes the difference.
Do you require brides to use a specific list of vendors? No, but we do suggest many different wonderful vendors.
Do you require the wedding party to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is there an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? No, but we can recommend ceremony musicals.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? No, all our space in included.

Do you provide your own catering? If yes, can a bride opt to use an outside caterer if she prefers? Yes, we are a catering company.
Do you have a liquor license? Yes
Can the bride provide her own alcohol if desired? No, that is not allowed under CT law
