The business, located in a residential area in Haverhill, MA, contains six rooms, each of which is geared to the event being planned. The "Circle of Love" room is devoted to the bride-to-be, the "Les Enfants" room to mothers-to-be looking for birth announcements and/or christening invitations, plus invitations for the child's first birthday, etc. The "Mazel Tov" room is for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and the "Personally Yours" room for beautiful stationery. The "Let's Have a Party" room caters to those looking for invitations to celebrate all of life's events, such as graduations, the "decade" Birthdays, Christmas, New Year's, family reunions, cook-outs, and more.

The most unique feature of Paper Potpourri is its driving force, founder Elaine A. Barker. Elaine has been in the business for over thirty years. Her foremost thought is always the customer: the customer's budget, the customer's style, and the customer's individual wishes. With Elaine's soft-sell approach, the customer is always at ease.
