Our Story We have been in business over twenty years. Our bakery began as a small retail shop with breakfast items, pastries, cookies, and small cakes. We expanded into wholesale production for many hotels and catering halls throughout New Jersey & New York. Our wedding cake business also began slowly and has grown over the years. Now there is a tremendous demand for our wedding cake services. We hope to continue making beautiful custom cakes for each of our special brides-to-be for years to come!
Our brides meet directly with Joanne, the bakery’s owner, or Paul, a seasoned wedding cake specialist. We take you through your wedding cake selection process step by step. We begin with showing you cake options and helping you create the cake of your dreams. Our assistants, Paula and Debbie, can also answer many of your questions. We have a dedicated staff of customer representatives who are always willing to help. Your cake will be prepared by bakers with over 30 years of experience and talented decorators who all work together to create a work of art. Our decorators offer a variety of perspectives from their experience and artistic viewpoints. We have some decorators with over 35 years experience and others who tuned in to cake art trends.
Our Claim to Fame We have been credited in providing cakes for brides on Platinum Weddings on WE. Our cake was featured on TLC. Our products have been given notoriety and publicity in local magazines and they have been ranked in "Best of..." in various categories.
Our Specialties We specialize in fondant drapery and fondant work in general. We like working with custom colors, topsy-turvey wedding cakes, and really anything unique and out of the ordinary.
Tastings & Consultations Our appointments are at no cost. We make appointments with our brides usually a few weeks before the wedding, however the sooner the better. If a bride wants to visit us and order her cake a few months before the wedding, she is more than welcomed to do so. We welcome you to bring your mother and father to the appointment as well. The appointments are usually held on Saturdays, however weekday appointments can also be made if done so in advance.
