Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
We offer private tastings of our classic flavor of White, Vanilla, Lemon and Almond. This will give you an idea of how moist and tasty the cakes are. If you'd like to try a specialty flavor, there is a small fee.

Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
Price is determined by amount of servings, design and flavors chosen. Our prices start at $3.00 per serving for classic flavor cake and simple design of scrolls or dots.
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
I offer a free 6" cake on your first anniversary, so that it is fresh. The top tier is served. If you prefer to freeze your anniversary cake for a year, I provide a box for it to be packaged in.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
I offer custom designed cakes. If you have a picture of cake you'd like, I can copy it as well.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
I use the finest ingredients available from organic eggs to imported chocolate and fondant.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Depending on what time the reception is, I bake one or two days in advance. This gives the cakes time to settle to prevent bulging once icing is applied.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
I limit it to two a weekend to ensure full attention to each cake.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Yes. Certain flowers are non-toxic, but still need to be pesticide free. Your florist can provide these and I am happy to help in any way.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
Most receptions sites and restaurants do provide tables for the cake as well as cake stands. I have several cake stands that can be rented.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Delivery fee depends on location. Average delivery fee in the Metro-Atlanta area is $35.00.
